【摘要】 自动络筒机是纺织生产的关键设备。为满足国内企业的需求,改变其依靠进口的局面,分析了上海二纺机自主研制的EJP438型自动络筒机的技术参数、全机组成、主要配置及其性能与特点,探讨了确保筒纱质量、实现高效率生产的技术措施。指出该机采用了传感技术、微电子技术、特种电机驱动、单锭模块化设计及精良的装配等先进技术,确保了产品的一致性、稳定性和可靠性,是具有自主知识产权的国产新型自动络筒机。更多还原

【Abstract】 The auto-winder is the one of the key equipments in textile production.In order to cater the need of the domestic enterprises,the situation of which should be changed from equipment import orientation to equipment export orientation,analysis is done to the specifications,the buildup,the main configuration and the performance of the auto-winder EJP438 introduced by Shanghai No.Two Textile Machinery Works independently.Approach is made into the tech-measures assuring bobbin yarn quality and efficiency production.It is pointed out that the auto-winder adopts sensor technology,microelectronics technology,special motor drive technology,single spindle module and precise assembly,thus assuring the conformity,stability and reliability of the products.The auto-winder is the new domestic auto-winder with proprietary intellectual property rights.更多还原
