气流式毛羽减少装置的使用研究

【摘要】 为了减少络筒工序的纱线毛羽,提高无结纱质量,在设定的标准试验条件下,分别对若干种纱线在使用与不使用气流式毛羽减少装置进行对比试验,并分析探讨了毛羽减少装置的应用效果及其对纱线质量指标的影响。研究表明,使用气流式毛羽减少装置,不仅能减少纱线的毛羽、条干CV值、粗节、细节和降低强力CV,而且还能提高纱线的最低强力,有利于高速整经和高速织造,减少高速织造生产中的断头和停台,提高织造效率和织物的外观质量。

【Abstract】 In order to reduce the hairiness in the winding process for better quality of the knotless yarn,contrast test is done to the varieties of yarn with or without the air-streamed hairiness reduction device under the same nominated condition.Analysis is done to the effect and the impact of the device on the quality index of the yarn.Study shows that the air hairiness reduction device can reduce the hairiness,the CV value,thick,and thin as well as reduce the strength CV,plus improving the minimum strength of yarn for better speedy warping and weaving against breakage and shutdown in the weaving production,thus gaining higher production and better outlook of fabric.
