含萘基团对铜离子具有高选择性的化学荧光传感器
Naphthalene─containing fluoresecent chemosensor with high selectivity for Cu2+
【摘要】 设计合成了一种新的含萘和二吡啶甲基胺基团的荧光化学传感器,并利用氢核磁波谱和质谱对其结构进行了表征.新合成的化合物在乙腈和水的混合溶液中表现出了对二价铜离子具有很高的选择性,与铜离子的键合增强了其荧光强度.荧光和激发光谱滴定表明传感器分子与二价铜离子形成了1∶2的配合物.化合物中的N与铜离子的配位阻止了电子从分子中的N原子向萘环转移是导致了荧光强度增加的原因.
【Abstract】 A new fluorescent chemosensor containing naphthalene and N,N-bis(2-pyridylmethyl) amine wasdesigned and synthesized.Its structure was characterized by 1H NMR and MS.The synthesized compound hashigh selectivity for Cu2 + in CH3CN/H2O solution,the binding of compound with Cu2 + increases the fluores-cence intensity.The fluorescent and excitation spectra titrations indicated that the compound can form 1∶ 2complex with Cu2 +,the coordination of the compound with Cu2 + blocked the photoinduced electron transferform nitrogen to naphthalene molecule and further increased the fluorescent intensity.
