【摘要】 抽样调查了福建省的10个县(市),对林农的林业经营风险状况、森林抵押贷款意愿、森林资源保险意愿、林业科技服务、林业中介服务、法律咨询服务等方面的需求进行定量分析。分析表明,林权制度改革后林业社会化服务需求或潜在需求总体旺盛,客观上要求建立健全林业社会化服务体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper investigated 10 counties(cities) by sample survey in Fujian province,analyzed the risk situation of forest worker’s forestry management,will of forest loan on mortgage,forestry technology service,forestry agency service,legal counseling service by quantitative method.The results indicated that the service demand or the potential demand is very vigorous as a whole after the forest tenure reform which objectively required establishing and perfecting service system of the forestry socialization.更多还原
