【Abstract】 This paper attempts at an introduction to the evolution of Liang Qichao’s ideas of banknote issuance.In order to solve the financial difficulties,Liang Qichao wanted to establish a national banking system in China and open the market for the government bonds by issuing banknotes,thus solving the long-existing problem of excessive issue of banknotes in the society.But the social reality made him realize that the central banking system is the only correct choice for China.更多还原
