低聚壳聚糖钐配合物的制备及其与牛血清白蛋白的作用
Synthesis of chitosam-Sm(Ⅲ) complex and its interaction with bovine serum albumin
【摘要】 合成了低聚壳聚糖和稀土离子Sm3+的配合物,利用IR、UV-Vis和荧光光谱对配合物进行了表征。研究了低聚壳聚糖钐配合物与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的相互作用。结果表明,BSA紫外吸收光谱随低聚壳聚糖钐配合物浓度的增加而增强,表现出明显的增色效应和较小的蓝移;低聚壳聚糖钐配合物对BSA的荧光具有猝灭作用。
【Abstract】 The complex of chitosan(CS) and Sm(Ⅲ) was synthesized and was characterized by IR,UV,and fluorescence spectra.The interaction between CS-Sm cmplex and bovine serum albumin(BSA) was studied.The results showed that the UV absorption intensity of BSA increased with the increase of CS-Sm complex concentration,exhibiting obvious color-enhancing effect with a little blue shift,and that the CS-Sm complex had a queching effect on the fluorescence of BSA.
