四种药物中席夫碱基团在玻碳电极上的电化学行为
The study ofelectrochemical redox of schiff base in four drugs on a glassy carbon electrode
【摘要】 选择呋喃妥因、盐酸二甲双胍、西咪替丁和醋甲唑胺4种含有席夫碱基团的常见药物,运用电化学循环伏安法对其中的-C=N-基团在玻碳电极上的电化学氧化还原行为进行了研究。呋喃妥因、盐酸二甲双胍和西咪替丁中的席夫碱基团(-CH=N-)在玻碳电极上能够被还原,而且是一个电化学的不可逆过程,其还原电位分别为-0.864V,-1.364V,-0.812V;醋甲唑胺中的席夫碱基团(-CH=N-)在玻碳电极上很难被还原;而取代基团是导致这4种药物中席夫碱基团(-CH=N-)在玻碳电极上电化学还原差异的主要原因。
【Abstract】 In this paper,cyclic voltammetric technique was used to investigate electrochemical redox of Schiff base group in the drugs Nitrofurantoin,Methazolamide,Metformin hydrochloride and Climetidine at a glassy carbon electrode.The results showed that the Schiff base group(-CH=N-) in Nitrofurantoin,Climetidine and Metformin hydrochloride can be reduced at the glassy carbon electrode and electrochemical reduction was an irreversible electrochemical process;the potentials of reduction peak were-0.864V,-1.364V and-0.812V;the Schiff base group(-CH=N-) in Methazolamide was difficult to be reduced at the glassy carbon electrode;moreover substituent groups were the cause of the difference among electrochemical reduction of the Schiff base group(-CH=N-) in the four kinds of drugs at the glassy carbon electrode.
