士的宁在玻碳电极上的伏安行为
Study on the voltammetric behaviour of strychnine at a glassy carbon electrode
【摘要】 采用微分脉冲伏安(DPV)法研究了士的宁在玻碳电极上的电化学行为。在pH 8.95的B-R缓冲液中,士的宁在+0.996 V(vs.SCE)电位处产生一个阳极氧化峰,峰电流与士的宁在0.06~15.0μmol/L的浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,最低检测限(D=3σ/K)为0.032μmol/L。从而建立了DPV法定量测定士的宁的方法,并初步研究了士的宁的电化学反应机理。
【Abstract】 The electrochemical behavior of strychnine was studied by differential pulse voltammetry(DPV).Strychnine had an oxidation peak at the potential of +0.996 V(vs.SCE) in pH 8.95 Britton-Robinson(B-R) buffer solution by DPV.The peak current linearly increased with the concentration of strychnine in the range of 0.06-15.0 μmol/L.The detection limit was 0.032 μmol/L.Thus,DPV method was developed to detect strychnine and the possible electrochemical oxidation mechanism of strychnine was investigated initially.
