计算程序-多波长直线回归法测定散列通片中三组分的含量

【摘要】 本文研究并建立了计算程序-三组分多波长直线回归法,用于快速测定散列通片中对乙酰氨基酚、异丙安替比林和咖啡因的含量。散列通片中三组分的紫外吸收光谱严重重叠,采用数学分离-化学计量学方法排除各组分的互相干扰,在230~290nm波长区间选择31个波长点的光谱数据,利用三组分多波长直线回归计算程序进行计算,直接测定散列通片中对乙酰氨基酚、异丙安替比林和咖啡因的含量。对乙酰氨基酚、异丙安替比林和咖啡因的线性范围分别为7.38~55.3μg·mL-1(r=0.9991)、6.8~42.5μg·mL-1(r=0.9996)、7.18~53.9μg·mL-1(r=0.9997);对乙酰氨基酚、异丙安替比林和咖啡因的平均回收率和相对标准偏差分别为98.9%、99.1%、99.5%和1.0%、1.3%和1.3%(n=7)。该方法简单、快速、准确、适用于散列通片生产过程中的快速质量控制。

【Abstract】 This work established a computer program-multi wavelength linear regression spectrophotometry for quick determination of paracetamol,propyphenazone and caffeine in Saridon tablet.The ultraviolet spectra of three ingredients in Saridon tablet is serious overlapping.This method ruled out the interference of each ingredient by mathematics separation-chemometrics spectrophotometry.31 spectral data at 230~290 nm were selected,and program of multi-wavelength linear regression was applied in computation for the direct determination of paracetamol,propyphenazone and caffeine in Saridon tablet.The calibrating curves of paracetamol,propyphenazone and caffeine were linear in the ranges of 7.34~55.3 μg·mL-1(r=0.9991),6.8~42.5 μg·mL-1(r=0.9996),7.18~53.9 μg·mL-1(r=0.9997),with average recoveries of 98.9%,99.1%,99.5% and RSD of 1.0%,1.3%,1.3%(n=7),respectively.The method is simple,rapid,accurate,and suitable for the quality control of saridon tablet in production process.
