分子印迹固相萃取技术检测江水、尿液及牛奶中雌激素残留

【摘要】 以β-雌二醇和炔雌醇的分子印迹聚合物为填料制备固相萃取小柱,选择60%(V/V)甲醇-水溶液作为雌激素的淋洗液,甲醇-乙酸(9∶1,V/V)为洗脱液,洗脱两次可彻底洗脱固相萃取小柱中目标分子。以建立的萃取条件对上海黄浦江水、尿液、牛奶中雌激素进行富集,结合高效液相色谱法,建立了基于分子印迹固相萃取技术检测上述实际样品中雌激素的新方法,检出限低于0.1 mg/L,回收率高于80%。

【Abstract】 This paper describes the synthesis and use of a molecularly imprinted polymers(MIPs) against estradiol(E2) and ethynylestradiol(EE) as sorbents for on-column solid phase extraction of E2,EE and Diethylstilbestrol(DES) from aqueous complex samples.Combined with HPLC analysis,the method for estrogen determination based on molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction technology was developed,with lower detection limit of 0.1mg/L,and recovery rate above 80%.The method has been successfully applied to the analysis of estrogens in spiked river water,urine and milk samples,with recoveries of 88%,88% and 82% respectively.
