【摘要】 通过文献资料、调查等方法,对山东省高校开展教职工体育活动的现状进行调查研究,结果表明:高校教职工体育活动的开展组织管理手段单一;制约高校工会开展教职工体育活动的主要因素有:活动经费不足、缺乏场地器材和组织活动时间不充足;影响高校教师参与工会组织的体育活动的主要因素是活动项目的难易程度与适合、活动项目参与面、是否与工作时间相冲突等问题,本文旨在对山东省高校工会进一步组织开展教职工体育活动提出相应的改革对策。更多还原
