超细六硝基颗粒比表面积测试条件优化

【摘要】 采用热重分析仪、氮气吸附比表面积测定仪,对超细六硝基颗粒比表面积测试前脱气处理温度进行优化,比较分析超细六硝基颗粒在不同温度下的失重现象和比表面积、孔径分布情况。结果表明:55~65℃温度区间为超细六硝基颗粒表面积测试时的最佳脱气温度,可以有效减小超细六硝基颗粒比表面积测试误差。

【Abstract】 The pretreatment temperature for the specific surface area analysis of superfine hexanitrostilbene particles was investigated and obtained by thermal analyzer and surface area analyzer by gas absorption.The results of hexanitrostilbene particles weightlessness and specific surface area as well as its pore distribution at the different temperature were compared.It was shown that the pretreatment temperature of 55~65 ℃ was proved feasible for the specific surface area analysis of superfine hexanitrostilbene particles,and the error of the specific surface area value of hexanitrostilbene particles decreased.
