【摘要】 目的:通过分析肾细胞癌的超声表现及特征,评价传统二维及彩色多普勒超声对肾细胞癌的诊断价值。方法:对2005年1月～2010年11月经手术病理证实的24例肾细胞癌患者的超声声像图进行分析。结果:17例直径>3cm的肾细胞癌二维超声表现为内部回声不一,强弱不等,无特征性表现。7例直径≤3cm的肾细胞癌有6例表现为等回声或稍高回声,内部回声不均,1例表现为偏低回声。17例肿块周边及内部可见较丰富血流信号,并可测及低阻血流频谱。7例肿块周边及内部血流信号稀少或无血流显示。结论:虽然超声新技术层出不穷,但传统二维及彩色多普勒超声仍是早期发现肾细胞癌的首选方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of traditional two-dimensional and color Doppler ultrasound in renal cell carcinoma by analyzing the ultrasonographic findings and characteristics of renal cell carcinoma.Methods:Ultrasonic images of 24 patients with renal cell carcinoma confirmed by surgery and pathology from January 2005 to November 2010 were analyzed retrospectively.Results:There were different two-dimensional echoes and no common characteristics for diameter >3cm renal cell carcinoma in 17 patients.There were homogeneous echoes or mild hyperechoes for diameter ≤3cm small renal cell carcinoma in 6 patients except 1 patient who showed hypoecho.Abundant color Doppler signals of blood flow in internal and peripheral zones of tumors could be found and low resistance index(RI) could be detected in 17 patients.There were few or no color Doppler signals of blood flow in internal and peripheral zones in 7 patients.Conclusion:Traditional two-dimensional and color Doppler ultrasound remain to be the method of first choice to early detection of the renal cell carcinoma even though more and more new ultrasound techniques have appeared.更多还原
