【摘要】 目的:探讨经左锁骨下动脉导管药盒系统(PCS)置入术,在治疗腹部晚期恶性肿瘤中的操作方法及临床应用价值。方法:回顾分析52例腹部晚期恶性肿瘤患者行左锁骨下动脉药盒置入术的操作过程、技术要点及药盒系统的维护。结果:所有病例PCS置入术全部成功,仅有1例伤口渗血较多需重新止血包扎,1例留置管被刺破,拆开伤口皮肤,重新处理。结论:经皮穿刺左锁骨下动脉药盒置入术,具有操作方便、安全、并发症少,是动脉内化疗的一条安全可靠的途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical application and operation procedure of percutaneous port-catheter system Implantation via left subclavian artery(PCS) in the treatment of advanced malignant tumor of abdomen.Methods:52 patients with advanced malignant tumor within abdomen were treated with percutaneous port-catheter system implantation via left subclavian artery,the operation procedure,techniques and the management of PCS were retrospectively analyzed.Results:PCS were successfully implanted in all of these patients.Only one case had bleeding of wound and dressing for hemostasis was needed,another case had indwelling tube broken by puncture,and the suture of skin had to be removed and the wound repaired.Conclusion:Percutaneous port-catheter system implantation via left subclavian artery is a convenient,safe technique for intra-arterial chemotherapy with less complication.更多还原
