【摘要】 目的:探讨鞍区毛细胞型星形细胞瘤的MRI表现。方法:回顾性分析19例经手术病理证实的鞍区毛细胞型星形细胞瘤患者的MRI资料。结果:19例中肿瘤均位于鞍上,向垂体窝内生长,突入第3脑室底部可引起幕上脑积水。肿瘤边缘光滑锐利,无瘤周水肿。8例为实性,T1WI上呈等低信号,T2WI呈高信号,呈均匀性团块状强化;11例为囊实性,囊性部分T1WI呈低信号,T2WI呈高信号,实性部分T1WI呈等、低信号,T2WI呈等、高信号,其中9例呈壁结节样强化,2例呈环形伴壁结节强化。结论:鞍区毛细胞型星形细胞瘤MRI表现具有一定特征性,结合临床表现,可提高其术前诊断准确性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the MRI features of the pilocytic astrocytoma in sellar region.Methods:The MR imaging materials of 19 patients with surgery and pathology proven pilocytic astrocytoma in sellar region were analyzed retrospectively.Results:All tumors located at suprasellar region with well-defined margin,extended into pituitary fossa,and invaded the floor of the third ventricle causing hydrocephalus.No peritumoral edema was revealed.8 tumors were solid,showing iso-/hypointensity on T1-weighted images and hyperintensity on T2-weighted images,and homogeneously massive enhancement after administration of Gd-DTPA intravenously.11 tumors were cystic/solid,with the cystic component showing hypointensity on T1WI,and hyperintensity on T2WI,while the solid component showed iso-/hypointensity on T1WI,and iso-/hyperintensity on T2WI.After administration of Gd-DTPA intravenously,9 tumors had intra-mural nodular enhancement and ring-like with intramural nodules enhancement in 2 tumors.Conclusion:Characteristic features of pilocytic astrocytoma of sellar region were showed on MRI,which in combination with clinical findings provides a valuable clue to the correct diagnosis before surgery.更多还原
