基于知识工程的陶瓷窑虚拟设计探讨
Virtual Design of Ceramic Kiln Based on KBE
【摘要】 本文通过论述陶瓷窑的虚拟设计和知识工程的概念,针对陶瓷窑结构设计的特点,建立了基于知识工程的陶瓷窑虚拟设计,并给出了设计实例。基于知识工程的虚拟设计可以在陶瓷窑设计阶段能实时地、并行地模拟出产品的未来设计全过程,预测产品性能、产品的可制造性以及设计的合理性,整个设计可大幅度降低开发成本、缩短投产周期、设计质量最优,增强企业的市场竞争力。
【Abstract】 This paper discussed the concepts of virtual design and knowledge based engineering(KBE),virtual design of ceramic kiln based on KBE was established through the characteristics of ceramic kiln.Besides,design example was given.This design can simulate the whole process of the design of ceramic kiln in time and parallel.It can predict the performance of design of ceramic kiln,product manufacturing and design reasonable.Besides,the design can gain the shortest,lowest cost and best quality design.
