有序多孔陶瓷的功能化组装

【摘要】 以多孔陶瓷为过滤元件的陶瓷过滤器,已在化工和冶金等领域得到广泛的应用,尤其在含有重金属离子的废水处理中具有非常广阔的前景。本实验主要研究了以硅藻土、活性炭和硅溶胶作为组装原料,对有序多孔陶瓷材料进行功能组装。实验结果表明:在功能组装过程中,活性炭和硅藻土填充效果一般;活性炭浓度为10%的组装效果较为理想,而硅藻土浓度为8%组装效果较好;随着硅溶胶组装次数增加,陶瓷膜孔隙率下降,组装1次时可以得到结构较好的纳米多孔材料。

【Abstract】 The ceramic filters with porous ceramic as filter elements are used widely in the fields of chemical engineer and metallurgical which particularly have very vast foreground in the treatment of wastewater containing the heavy metals iron.In this experiment,activated carbon,kieselguhr and silica solution are used as filling materials to fill the ordered porous ceramics materials.The result shows that the filling effect of activated carbon and kieselguhr are commonly.Assembly result of activated carbon with concentrations of 10% is relative good,while that of kieselguhr with concentrations of 8% is more ideal.The porousity of porous ceramics were dechined with the silica solution assembling count increasing.Nano-porous ceramic can be fabricted when the silica solution assembling count is 1.
