基于锥阀实体模型的内部流场可视化分析
Visual analysis of the flow field in a hydraulic poppet valve base on poppet alve solid model
【摘要】 运用SolidWorks软件及其COSMOSFLOWORKS模块,建立液压锥阀实体模型,对阀芯在不同半锥角时的流动特性进行了三维仿真计算,并对可视化结果进行了分析,为锥阀结构的优化设计提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 The poppet valve solid model is made by using the SolidWorks software and its COSMOSFLOWORKS module.The flow characteristics of the poppet valve in three dimensions is calculated when the valve is at its different poppet angles.The visual result is analyzed to provid a theoretical basis for the optimized design of poppet valves.
