【摘要】 首次研究了金黄喇叭菌粗提物的抗菌活性。通过乙酸乙酯回流提取得到金黄喇叭菌粗提物。抗菌活性试验结果表明,金黄喇叭菌乙酸乙酯粗提物在浓度为1 mg/mL和5 mg/mL时对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门氏菌和链球菌等均有一定的抑制作用,提示金黄喇叭菌可以开发成一种食疗兼具的保健品和抗菌药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 The antibacterial activities of the crude extracts of the Basidiomycete Craterellus aureus(Cantharellaceae) by disk diffusion method were firstly reported in this paper.The crude extracts were obtained from the Basidiomycete Craterellus aureus(Cantharellaceae) by ethyl acetate.In the antibacterial bioassays,the crude extracts showed moderate activities against Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Salmonella sp.,and Streptococcus sp.at the concentration of 1 mg/mL and 5 mg/mL,respectively.The results suggested that the Basidiomycete Craterellus aureus(Cantharellaceae) be developed into both health food product and an antibacterial drug.更多还原
