【摘要】 目的探讨急性阑尾炎合并腹茧症腹腔镜手术的可行性。方法回顾分析3例急性阑尾炎合并腹茧症的患者施行腹腔镜阑尾切除术的临床资料。结果 3例患者均顺利完成腹腔镜手术,无中转开腹,无出血、肠管损伤、粪瘘等并发症发生。结论急性阑尾炎合并腹茧症患者行腹腔镜阑尾切除术可行、有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the feasibility of laparoscopic appendectomy for acute appendicitis with abdominal cocoon.Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical dates of 3 patients with acute appendicitis and abdominal cocoon undergoing laparoscopic appendectomy.Results Three patients received a successful laparoscopic appendectomy operation with none transferred to open surgery or suffering from hemorrhage,fecal fistula or intestinal injury.Conclusion :Laparoscopic appendectomy for acute appendicitis with abdominal cocoon is feasible and effective.更多还原
