【摘要】 目的回顾性分析1610例80岁以上超高龄患者白内障超声乳化手术围术期护理的具体步骤及细节,总结其专科护理要点。方法依据超高龄白内障患者的病情特点,实施超高龄患者白内障超声乳化手术的围术期护理,术后评估围术期护理效果。结果术后患者对围术期护理表示满意及比较满意者高达99%。结论就超高龄白内障患者的超声乳化吸除手术而言,围术期专科护理是确保手术顺利实施、提高手术疗效的重要保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyse retrospective details and steps of perioperative nursing in 1610 cases of senior cataract patients over 80 ages,to summarize the main points of perioperative nursing.Method Based on the characteristics of senior cataract patients,perioperative nursing was performed for cataract phacoemulsification surgery,which included preoperative psychological care and guidance,intraoperative active cooperation of surgery and nurse,postoperative prevention of complications,and many other specialist care initiatives.Perioperative nursing performance was evaluated after operation.Results 99% patients were satisfied with postoperative expressed satisfaction of perioperative nursing.On first day of postoperation,patients with visual acuity over 0.3 rose from 341 to 1 586 and patients with visual acuity below 0.3 dropped from 1 269 to 24.Conclusion Taking the super elderly cataract patients for phacoemulsification surgery into consideration,the perioperative nursing is thought to be an important insurance for smooth implementation of phacoemulsification and the efficacy of surgery.更多还原
