抗栗疫病板栗品种及优系鉴定

【摘要】 本研究旨在选择较为适合鉴定栗疫病抗性的时期(枝条),并对不同品种进行抗栗疫病筛选。采用从3个板栗产区分离得到并经形态和分子确认后的3个栗疫病菌株JS-6、TC-4和LT-1培养的菌丝,对中国板栗品种和在美国育成中国板栗优系接种培养10天,对病斑面积进行测定,按分级标准确定品种或优系对栗疫病的感抗。通过不同时期对枝条进行接种的比较,认为选夏季枝条接种菌株菌丝进行栗疫病抗性鉴定更严格、准确。通过对不同品种的夏季枝条接种3个菌株菌丝进行鉴定,抗栗疫病品种为Nanking、宜昌深刺、大乌壳、宋家早、重阳栗和七月早,较抗栗疫病品种为八月红、广德大红袍、九家种和东丰。

【Abstract】 The studies were to find the best period for the evaluation of Cryphonectria parasitica resistance of Chinese chestnuts using shoots and to screen cultivars resistant to the disease.Three strains,JS-6,TC-4,LT-1,isolated from trees infected by the disease in three main production areas were confirmed morphologically and molecularly as Cryphonectria parasitica.Mycelia of these strains cultured on media for 10 days were used to inoculate shoots of chestnut cultivars and superior breeding lines from both home and USA.Resistance or susceptibility of the cultivars was rated according to the sizes of diseased spots and the infection indexes.Summer was considered to be the best time for disease resistance evaluation as judged by mycelia growth and development on shoots in seasons of Spring,Summer and Winter.Results by inoculation of Summer shoots with the three pathogen strains showed that ’Nanking’,’Yichangshenci’,’Dawuke’,’Songjiazhao’,’Chongyangli’,’Qiyuezhao’ were resistant cultivars,followed by ’Bayuehong’,’Guangdedahongpao’,’Jiujiazhong’,’Dongfeng’.
