【摘要】 目的:探讨急性阑尾炎腹腔镜阑尾切除术(laparoscopic appendectomy,LA)术后切口感染和腹腔脓肿形成的原因及防治方法。方法:回顾分析为128例急性阑尾炎患者施行急诊LA的临床资料。结果:LA术后切口感染5例,感染率3.90%,腹腔脓肿4例,发生率3.12%。结论:随着腹腔镜技术的不断改进,尽量保证阑尾创面干净清洁,可有效地控制切口感染和腹腔脓肿的形成。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the reason,prevention and treatment of incision infection and abdominal abscess after laparoscopic appendectomy(LA) for acute appendicitis.Methods:The clinical data of 128 patients with acute appendicitis who underwent emergency LA were retrospectively analyzed.Results:After LA,incision infection was found in 5 cases,the infection rate was 3.90%,abdominal abscess occurred in 4 patients(3.12%).Conclusions:As the improvement of LA technology,the incision pollution can be effectively avoided.Clean incision can reduce the risk of incision infection and abdominal abscess formation.更多还原
