【摘要】 目的:总结完全腹腔镜胃癌根治术的临床经验。方法:回顾分析行完全腹腔镜胃癌根治术45例患者的临床资料,并随访。结果:45例手术均顺利完成,无中转开腹或腹腔镜辅助手术。手术时间平均(300.0±79.1)min;术中出血平均(208.3±137.1)ml;平均清扫淋巴结(29.9±8.2)枚;术后肛门排气时间平均(3.8±1.1)d,术后平均住院(9.08±3.3)d。结论:完全腹腔镜胃癌根治术安全、可行,能达到肿瘤根治的要求,具有患者创伤小、出血少、康复快等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To summary the experience of totally laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.Methods:Clinical data of 45 cases who suffered from gastric cancer and received total laparoscopic radical gastrectomy were analyzed retrospectively.Results:All patients underwent total laparoscopic gastrectomy successfully,without conversion to laparotomy or laparoscopic-assisted surgery.The average operative time was(300.0±79.1)min,blood loss was(208.3±137.1)ml,number of dissected lymph nodes was(29.9±8.2),time of the first flatus was(3.8±1.1)d and postoperative hospital stay was(9.08±3.3)d.Conclusions:The total laparoscopic gastrectomy for gastric cancer is a safe,feasible and radical procedure.It has the advantages of minimal invasion,faster recovery,less blood loss and shorter hospital stay.更多还原
