【摘要】 目的:比较腹腔镜与开腹结肠憩室切除术的临床疗效。方法:将43例结肠憩室患者随机分为腹腔镜组和开腹组,对比两组手术时间、术后4d疼痛评分、肛门排气排便时间、术后并发症发生率及术后住院时间。结果:两组手术时间、术后疼痛及术后并发症发生率等方面差异无统计学意义,术后排气排便时间及住院时间差异有统计学意义。结论:腹腔镜结肠憩室切除术安全、有效,患者痛苦小,并发症少,手术时间短,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The purpose of this study is to compare the therapeutic effect of laparoscopic and open resection of colonic diverticulum. Methods:Forty-three patients with colonic diverticulum were divided into laparoscopic group and open group randomly.The operative time,postoperative pain score,time of anus exhaust and defecation,postoperative complication rate and hospital stay were compared between the two groups. Results:There was no significant difference in operative time,postoperative pain and complication rate between the two groups,but the differences of postoperative anus exhaust and defecation and hospital stay were significant. Conclusions:Laparoscopic resection of colonic diverticulum is safe and effective with advantages of less pain,complications and shorter operative time.更多还原
