以社会性别视角审视法律 以法律推进保障性别平等——《中华女子学院学报》“女性与法律”栏目15周年回眸
Law from a Gender Perspective so as to Promote Gender Equality:Review of Fifteen Years’ History of the Column of "Women and Law" in the China Women’s University Journal
【摘要】 开展性别与法律的研究,是在法律领域推行社会性别主流化的重要组成部分。引入社会性别视角分析法律,以人权理论和国际人权法确立的标准检视妇女人权状况,关注弱势妇女群体的生存和发展,推动有关保障妇女人权和性别平等的立法及其完善等,是性别与法律研究的重要内容和目标。随着男女平等基本国策的深入贯彻,性别与法律研究将在社会性别主流化的进程中发挥更大的作用。
【Abstract】 Expanding gender and legal studies constitutes an important part of gender mainstreaming efforts in legal field.The content of these studies include using gender perspective to examine law and human rights theory and international human rights law as standards to examine women’s human rights conditions and the lives and development of vulnerable groups of women.The goals of these studies are to improve the legislation of protecting women’s rights and gender equality.Along with the implementation of the principle policy of equality between men and women comes the greater influence of the studies of gender and law in gender mainstreaming efforts.
