HIP对65WNiCu合金力学性能的影响
Effect of HIP on mechanical properties of 65WNiCu alloys
【摘要】 研究了W含量为65%(质量分数)的两种不同Ni与Cu质量比的钨合金,m(Ni)∶m(Cu)=1(和m(Ni)∶m(Cu)<1(,在1050℃下对两种合金进行了热等静压(HIP),测试了烧结态和HIP态的密度、拉伸强度以及伸长率并做对比,HIP后两种合金的致密度均约为100%,抗拉强度分别达到750MPa和760MPa,伸长率分别达到18.5%和19.0%。
【Abstract】 Two kinds of 65WNiCu alloys,m(Ni)∶m(Cu)=1(Ⅰ)and m(Ni)∶m(Cu)<1(Ⅱ),with diffrent density,tensile strength and elongation were studied.Two kinds of alloys were treated with HIP.Results show that after treating with HIP,the relative densities of the two alloys are all 100%,tensile strength is 750MPa and 760MPa,and elongation is 18.5% and 19.0%,respectively.
