跳汰机新型排料装置控制系统的设计

【摘要】 介绍基于灰分仪实时监测的灰分值的跳汰排料自动控制的系统原理及其硬件软件设计,现场试验表明该控制系统效果显著,运行可靠,提高精煤回收率和质量,为跳汰选煤提供新的途径.

【Abstract】 Discharge device is very important part of the jig,this paper introduces the principle,hardware and software design of jig discharging automatic control system,which is based on real-time monitoring of ash value through the ash instrument.Field test shows that the effect of this control system is remarkable and reliable operationcan.It improves quality and productive rate of clean coal and it offers a new way of jig coal preparation.
