高效、节能内螺旋筒式还原法陶粒试验炉及热利用率研究
Research on High-Efficient and Saving-Energy Inner Helix Rotary Kiln for Production of Ceramsite with Reduction Process and Heat Efficiency Utilization
【摘要】 改变传统的普通回转窑(氧化)烧胀方法,以内螺旋筒式回转窑形成的还原法新工艺生产陶粒、陶砂,以期达到提高陶粒(陶砂)产品质量、提高生产效率、节能减排、环保的积极效果。经测算,实施本发明窑炉和现有回转窑相比,可提高窑内热利用率5~7倍,生产效率高,节能约20%~30%。
【Abstract】 TNew restoring process with inner helix rotary kiln for production of ceramsite and ceramic sand will change the traditional ordinary sintering-expanded method with rotary kiln,with the hope to achieve the positive effects on improving the quality of products,increasing efficiency,saving energy,reducing the emission and protecting environment.According to the calculation,compared with traditional kiln,it will heighten the heat utilization 5 to 7 times and save 20% to 30% energy.
