固液界面反应法制备针状草酸钴粉体

【摘要】 以钴粉和草酸(H2C2O4)为原料,采用固液界面反应法制备针状草酸钴(Co2C2O4.2H2O)粉体。用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和激光粒度仪对粉体进行表征,研究反应温度、钴粉浓度、草酸与钴粉的计量比以及无机酸的种类和用量对草酸钴粉体的形貌和长径比的影响。结果表明,反应温度为30℃时草酸钴粉体多为颗粒状;温度升高到70℃时,草酸钴针状粉体团聚严重;随反应物浓度增加,针状草酸钴粉体的长度有所减小;加入少量硝酸可使粉体长径比增大。在反应温度为50℃,草酸与钴粉的计量比(物质的量比)为2.5:1,硝酸添加量为0.05 mol/L的条件下,针状草酸钴粉体的长径比达40。

【Abstract】 Needle-like cobalt oxalate(Co2C2O4-H2O) powder was prepared by solid-liquid interface reaction method using cobalt(Co) powder and oxalic acid(H2C2O4) as reactants.The Co2C2O4-H2O powder was characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),x-ray diffraction(XRD),and laser particle sizer.The effects of the reaction temperature,cobalt powder concentration,oxalic acid excess coefficient,inorganic acid additive type on the morphology and aspect ratio of the cobalt oxalate were investigated.The results show that the CoC2O4-H2O powders synthesized at 30 ℃ are narrowly distributed,whereas powders prepared at 70 ℃ aggregate significantly.The rise in reactant concentration only increases the aspect ratio of the powder a little while the addition of HNO3 significantly promotes the aspect ratio.Needle-like cobalt oxalate powder with an average diameter of 170 nm and an aspect ratio of 40 was obtained at reaction temperature of 50 ℃,the H2C2O4 to Co molar ratio of 2.5:1,and the nitric acid concentration of 0.05 mol/L.
