梯度结构W(Mo)-Ni-Fe高密度合金的组织与结构
Gradient structure W(Mo)-Ni-Fe tungsten heavy alloy
【摘要】 将93W-4.9Ni-2.1Fe混合粉末压坯经过脱脂预烧、渗钼和脱钼处理以及烧结,得到W(Mo)-Ni-Fe高密度合金,采用金相分析、能谱分析、显微硬度测试等方法对该合金的成分和微观结构进行分析。结果表明,W-Ni-Fe高密度合金经渗钼处理后形成显微组织、钼含量和镍铁粘结相的梯度分布,其特征是合金表层的粘结相少于芯部;合金表层的钨颗粒也比芯部明显长大;钼含量的梯度变化是形成钨基重合金梯度结构的原因,合金的显微硬度随钼含量变化呈现梯度分布。
【Abstract】 The microstructure,component and hardness of the W(Mo)-Ni-Fe gradient tungsten heavy alloy,gained from degreasing pre-sintered,Mo infiltrated/divorced,and sintered 93W-4.9Ni-2.1Fe mixing powder compact,were investigated by optical microscopy,EDS analysis and micro hardness test.The results show that the microstructure with gradient molybdenum and ferronickel phase content is obtained by molybdenumizing the W-Ni-Fe tungsten heavy alloy.The ferronickel phase of the surface layer is lower than that in the core,and the size of tungsten grain in surface layer is larger than that in the core.The formation of gradient structure of W(Mo)-Ni-Fe alloy is attributed to the gradient distribution of molybdenum content.The micro hardness of the alloy also presents gradient distribution with the change of molybdenum content.
