【Abstract】 Most project evaluation index systems of social science only concerns the final evaluation of the outcome,whereas the content and nature of the disciplines are not taken into consideration in establishment and selection of evaluation index.What’s more,content of index system is not specific and clear enough.Therefore,such principles as the completeness,rationality,justice,simplicity and feasibility should be followed in the construction of the evaluation system which is relatively comprehensively-developed.更多还原
