【Abstract】 There are both advantages and disadvantages with teacher turnover.Britain is a typical country that teacher turnover results more problems than benifites.This paper reveals the major problems from overrate teacher turnover of Britain and introduces some main policies that the United Kingdom recently implemented.Through analysing the British experience and comparing,this paper comes up with some advices to China’s teacher turnover.更多还原
