【摘要】 目的探讨影响异位妊娠药物保守治疗成功率的因素。方法 对广州中山大学附属第三医院2006年1月至2008年12月收治的332例药物保守治疗的异位妊娠病例进行回顾性分析,将所有病例分为药物治疗成功组及失败组,比较两组间的临床表现、B超结果、入院时血hCG水平的差别,并用Logistic回归分析影响药物治疗成功率的因素。结果单因素分析结果显示,停经天数、入院时血hCG水平、B超显示包块的直径大小影响异位妊娠患者药物治疗的成功率(P<0.05);而腹痛、阴道流血天数及入院时B超显示盆腔积液厚度均无明显影响(P>0.05)。Logistic分析结果显示,血清hCG水平、B超显示盆腔包块直径为影响药物治疗成功率的因素。结论血hCG水平、B超显示包块大小是影响药物治疗成功率的关键因素,应根据临床表现和辅助检查结果慎重选择治疗方案,以提高药物治疗的成功率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relevant factors of medical conservative treatment in patients with ectopic pregnancy.Methods A retrospective study was carried out in 332 patients with ectopic pregnancy in our hospital from January 2006 to December 2008.The patients were divided into 2 groups according to whether the medical treatment succeeded.Clinical features,hCG level and sonographic details were compared in the two groups.Logistic model analysis of multiple factors was used to study the prognostic factors of medical treatment in patients with ectopic pregnancy.Results In the single-factor analysis,the hCG level,sonographic mass diameter as well as the menopausal length of time were statistically significantly different between the two groups(P< 0.05),while the time of abdominal pain and vaginal bleeding had no significant difference(P> 0.05).Conclusions The serum hCG level and the sonographic mass diameter are relevant success prognostic factors for ectopic pregnancy patients underwent medical conservative treatment.更多还原
