【摘要】 目的观察宫颈鳞癌及癌前病变组织中Foxp3的表达情况。方法 采用免疫组化检测浸润性宫颈鳞癌(FIGOⅠ期或ⅡA期,共20例)、宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CIN1、CIN2、CIN3各20例)、宫颈HPV感染(20例)及正常宫颈(20例)组织中Foxp3的表达情况。结果浸润性宫颈鳞癌与CIN3患者宫颈组织中Foxp3表达明显高于正常宫颈、宫颈HPV感染、CIN1和CIN2,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);浸润性宫颈鳞癌与CIN3组织中Foxp3表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);正常宫颈、宫颈HPV感染、CIN1和CIN2之间,Foxp3表达也没有明显差别(P>0.05)。结论浸润性宫颈鳞癌与CIN3患者宫颈组织中Foxp3表达明显增高,而宫颈感染HPV后及CIN1、CIN2患者宫颈组织中Foxp3表达没有明显改变。CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞可能在宫颈癌患者免疫耐受以及CIN3进展为宫颈癌的过程中发挥重要作用,而在清除宫颈HPV感染以及低度宫颈鳞状上皮内病变的发生方面可能作用不大。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe Foxp3 expression in cervical squamous carcinoma and precancerous lesions.Methods Tissues of cervical squamous carcinoma(SCC,FIGO StageⅠorⅡA,20 cases),cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN1~CIN3,20 cases respectively),Human Papillomavirus infection of cervix(HPV infection,20 cases) and normal cervix(20 cases) were obtained.The expression of Foxp3 was detected by immunohistochemistry.Results Foxp3 expression increased significantly in SCC and CIN3 groups compared with normal cervix,HPV infection,CIN1 and CIN2 groups(P<0.01).However,no difference was found between SCC and CIN3 groups(P>0.05).Furthermore,no difference was found among normal cervix,HPV infection,CIN1 and CIN2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Foxp3 expression increases in the cervix of SCC and CIN3,while it has no change in the cervix of CIN1,CIN2 and HPV infection.Regulatory T cell may take an important part in the immune tolerance of SCC and CIN3 progression,but it may fail to clear HPV.更多还原
