两亲性酞菁ZnPcS1P3的分离及光敏性质研究
Study on Separation and Photosensitivity of Amphiphilic ZnPcS1P3
【摘要】 目的分离纯化两亲性β-磺酸钾基-三-β-(邻苯二甲酰亚胺甲基)酞菁锌(ZnPcS1P3),研究其基本的光敏性质。方法对中试生产ZnPcS2P2过程中得到的副产物,采用高效液相制备色谱分离得到两亲性酞菁锌配合物ZnPcS1P3。测定其激发单线态、激发三线态光谱、单线态氧生成速率和光降解速率。结果 ZnPcS1P3荧光量子产率小于无取代酞菁锌(ZnPc);激发三线态寿命、单线态氧生成速率和光降解速率均大于ZnPc。结论两亲性酞菁锌配合物ZnPcS1P3具有较强的光敏活性,具有潜在的开发利用前景。
【Abstract】 Objective An amphiphilic phthalocyaninatozinc,monosulfonated triphthalimidomethyl phthalocyaninatozinc(ZnPcS1P3,where S and P were the sulfonate and phthalimidomethyl groups respectively) was separated and its photosensitive properties were studied.Methods The title complex ZnPcS1P3,a by-product in the manufacture of ZnPcS2P2,was separated and purified by HPLC.Excited singlet state and triplet state spectra,singlet oxygen yield rate and photodegeneration rate of ZnPcS1P3 were determined.Results The fluorescence quantum yield of ZnPcS1P3 is 0.22 less than that of ZnPc.The excited triplet state lifetime,singlet oxygen yield rate and photodegeneration rate of ZnPcS1P3 were greater than those of ZnPc.Conclusion These results indicates ZnPcS1P3 is a promising anti-tumor amphiphilic photosensitizer for the further research.
