一种新的芳香羧酸镍配合物的合成及结构
Synthesis and Structure Determination of a New Aromatic Carboxylate Nickel(Ⅱ) Complex
【摘要】 目的合成一种新的芳香羧酸镍配合物,并测定它的结构。方法由3,3’,4,4’-联苯四羧酸、1,10-邻菲啰啉、醋酸镍采用水热法反应,利用X射线单晶衍射对单晶产物进行表征。结果得到一种新的芳香羧酸镍配合物,表征了其结构。结论制备镍配合物[Ni2(btc)(phen)2(H2O)4](phen=1,10-邻菲啰啉,H4btc=3,3’,4,4’-联苯四羧酸),为后续的生物活性研究打下基础。
【Abstract】 Objective To synthesize a new aromatic carboxylate nickel(Ⅱ) complex and determine its structure.Methods 3,3’,4,4’-biphenyl tetracarboxylic acid reacted with 1,10-phenanthroline and nickel acetate in the aqueous solution by using hydrothermal method to obtain the single crystal product whose structur was determined by single X-ray analysis.Results The product was a new aromatic carboxylate nickel(Ⅱ) complex and its stucture was studied.Conclusion The new nickel(Ⅱ) complex [Ni2(btc)(phen)2(H2O)4] and its scientific data will provide a solid foundation for further studies on its biological activity.
