利用流式细胞术研究3种贝类的血细胞分类

【摘要】 利用流式细胞术对西施舌(Coelomactra antiquata)、波纹巴非蛤(Paphia undulata)、双线紫蛤(Sanguinolaria diphos)3种双壳贝类的血细胞组成进行分析,结果表明3种贝类血细胞都可分为透明细胞、小颗粒细胞和大颗粒细胞3个亚群.西施舌的血细胞中,透明细胞占11.02%,小颗粒细胞占71.98%,大颗粒细胞占7.56%.波纹巴非蛤的血细胞中,透明细胞占26.41%,小颗粒细胞占49.17%,大颗粒细胞占14.95%.双线紫蛤的血细胞中,透明细胞占4.87%,小颗粒细胞占67.70%,大颗粒细胞占28.85%.

【Abstract】 Haemocyte subpopulations from three bivalve species(Coelomactra antiquata,Paphia undulata and Sanguinolaria diphos) were studied by flow cytometry.The result showed that haemocytes from the three bivalve species were classified into three subpopulations(hyalinocyte,small granulocyte and large granulocyte).The proportion of the three subpopulations was 11.02%,71.98%,7.56% in the total haemocytes of Coelomactra antiquata.The proportion of the three subpopulations was 26.41%,49.17%,14.95% in the total haemocytes of Paphia undulata,and that was 4.87%,67.70%,28.85% in the total haemocytes of Sanguinolaria diphos,respectively.
