二茂铁膦键连到Merrifield树脂上的负载研究
Immobilization of Ferrocenyl Phosphine Tethered to Merrifield Resin
【摘要】 开展了通过2-二苯膦基二茂铁基-乙基5-羟基-3-氧杂戊醚(膦配体2)中的羟基键连到Merrifield树脂上的负载研究,制备了一种新的树脂负载的二茂铁膦配体(膦配体3).元素分析测定负载的膦配体量为0.53 mmol/g;31P NMR表明负载的膦保持负载前的三价特征而未被氧化;负载的膦可作为支持配体应用于钯催化的Suzuki溴代芳烃与苯硼酸偶联反应中,高产率地制得相应的联芳烃.
【Abstract】 2-Diphenylphosphino-ferrocenyl-ethyl-5-hydroxyl3-oxo-pentyl ether(phosphine 2) has been tethered through the hydroxyl of phosphine 2 onto Merrifield resin to form a new immobilized ferrocenyl phosphine ligand(phosphine 3).The loading of phosphine 3 is 0.53 mmol/g determined by elemental analysis.The species of phosphine oxide contaminated have not been detected by the31P NMR spectrum of phosphine 3.The immobilized phosphine 3 can be used as supporting ligand for the palladium-catalyzed Suzuki reaction to couple aryl bromides with phenyl boronic acid to form corresponding biaryls in excellent yields.
