结构无序对磁性薄膜磁特性的影响
Structural Disorder on the Magnetic Properties of Magnetic Films
【摘要】 采用Monte Carlo模拟方法研究了结构无序对磁性薄膜磁特性的影响,其中交换耦合常数J通过Monte Carlo随机发生器使其具有一定的涨落δJ,并遵从一定的概率分布.模拟结果表明,随着交换耦合常数J的涨落δJ的变化,磁性薄膜的磁化强度M随温度T的变化有相当大的差异,同时,磁性薄膜的居里温度TC随δJ的增大而逐渐减小.
【Abstract】 Based on Monte Carlo simulation,the magnetic properties of magnetic film with structural disorder are investigated.By using Monte Carlo random generator,the exchange interaction J gains a certain probability distribution.It is found that the curve M-T is very different with the change of the exchange fluctuation δJ.At the same time,the curie temperature TC drops as δJ increases.
