【摘要】 改革高等教育、服务福建经济社会发展,是提高福建经济竞争力的必然选择,是实施人才强省战略、建立人力资源强省的客观要求,是提高自主创新能力、建立创新型省份的现实需要。改革开放以来,福建省高等教育获得了长足发展,但仍存在竞争力不强、结构性失衡、人才培养质量和服务海西建设水平有待提升、投入机制和管理机制不健全等问题。深化福建省高等教育改革,政府要加大资金投入,优化资金投入结构,重视高校的班子建设,赋予高校更大的办学自主权,促进高校提高创新能力,推进产学研结合,加强闽台合作办学,提高合作办学的深度和层次。更多还原
