沸石载银制备抗菌剂的研究

【摘要】 研究了制备工艺对载银沸石抗菌剂的抗菌性能的影响,特别考察了磷酸三钠处理沸石对载银量、抗菌性及抗变色的作用,并用等离子体原子吸收发射光谱(ICP)、X-射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)等技术分析了抗菌剂的组成结构和形貌特征。结果表明:用磷酸三钠对沸石进行处理后制备的载银沸石抗菌剂具有较好的抗菌性和抗变色性。

【Abstract】 The manufacturing process acted upon the antibacterial performance of silver-loaded zeolite.The effect on the silver content,antibacterial properties and anti-discoloration of the zeolite antimicrobial agent were specially investigated after the zeolite sample was pre-processed with trisodium phosphate.The structure and morphology of zeolite antimicrobial agent were tested by inductively coupled plasma atom emission spectroscopy(ICP-AES),X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM) and Fourier transfer infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR).The results showed that good antibacterial property and anti-discoloration of the zeolite antimicrobial agent were achieved.
