日粮粗蛋白质、赖氨酸含量对生长猪生长性能及血清尿素氮、游离氨基酸含量的影响

【摘要】 将90头平均体重为(32.0±1.5)kg的杜长大三元杂交猪随机分为5个组,1组为对照组(粗蛋白质含量为17.47%、可消化赖氨酸含量为0.80%),2-5组为试验组.试验组采用2×2因子设计,粗蛋白质含量分别为15.47%和13.47%,可消化赖氨酸含量分别为0.80%和0.85%,试验期50 d,研究日粮粗蛋白质和赖氨酸含量对生长猪生长性能及血液生化指标的影响.结果表明:与对照组相比,降低日粮粗蛋白质含量,赖氨酸含量不变,对猪的生产性能无显著影响(P>0.05);当日粮粗蛋白质含量为15.47%,可消化赖氨酸含量为0.80%或0.85%,血清尿素氮含量显著降低(P<0.05),必需氨基酸含量与非必需氨基酸含量的差异不显著(P>0.05);当粗蛋白质含量为13.47%,可消化赖氨酸含量为0.80%时,血清尿素氮含量显著降低(P<0.05),必需氨基酸含量与非必需氨基酸含量的差异不显著(P>0.05),但可消化赖氨酸含量为0.85%时,血清尿素氮、苏氨酸、苯丙氨酸、精氨酸和总必需氨基酸含量显著降低(P<0.05).

【Abstract】 The experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of dietary protein and lysine level on growth performance and serum biochemical indexes of growing pigs.A total of 90(Duroc×Landrace×Large white) pigs(32.0±1.5 kg) were randomly allocated into 5 groups of 3 replicates with 6 pigs in each replicate.Group 1 was control with diet of crude protein(CP) 17.47% and digestible Lys(Dlys) 0.80% and group 2 to 5 was experiments.The experiment was designed with 2×2 factors,the diet CP were 15.47% and 13.47% and the diet Dlys were 0.80% and 0.85%.The experiment lasted for 50 days.The results showed as follows: Compared with control,the diet of low CP and constant Dlys had no significant effect on the production of growing pigs.The contents of serum urea nitrogen were significantly decreased(P<0.05) and the essential amino acid and free amino acid were insignificantly affected(P>0.05) in CP 15.47% and Dlys 0.80% or Dlys 0.85% group.The contents of serum urea nitrogen were significantly decreased(P<0.05) and the essential amino acid and non-essential amino acid were insignificantly affected(P>0.05) in CP 13.47% and Dlys 0.80% group.But the contents of serum urea nitrogen,Thr,Phe,Arg and essential amino acid were decreased significantly in CP 13.47% and Dlys 0.85% group(P<0.05).
