免烧粉煤灰陶粒作为BAF填料处理城市污水

【摘要】 以电厂粉煤灰为主要试验原料,辅以外加药剂(水泥、石灰、石膏、水玻璃),经混合、成球、陈化和养护等工序,制得免烧粉煤灰陶粒,并将其作为曝气生物滤池(BAF)工艺的载体填料处理城市污水。待挂膜启动成功后,考察了水力停留时间(HRT)、COD负荷、氨氮负荷对COD和氨氮去除效果的影响。实验结果表明:在温度为18~21℃、气水比为4:1、溶解氧为2.5~3.5 mg/L实验条件下,当HRT为8~9 h时,COD和氨氮的去除效果较好,平均去除率分别为93.1%和99.3%;COD负荷在2~10 kg(/m.3d)内变化时,COD去除率随进水COD浓度增大呈增大趋势,平均为82.08%;COD负荷大于10 kg(/m.3d)时,COD去除率呈减小趋势;氨氮去除率与COD负荷呈负相关;氨氮负荷控制在0.68~1.01 kg(/m.3d)时,氨氮去除率能保持在较高水平,平均达到91.49%,出水水质良好。

【Abstract】 Non-fired ceramisite was made from fly ash and admixtures including cement,lime,gypsum and water glass,and after the process of mixing,balling,aging and maintenance,it was used in the biological aerated filter(BAF) to treat municipal wastewater as the filter material.After biofilm culturing,the effects of hydraulic retention time(HRT),COD loading and ammonia loading on COD and ammonia removal rate were investigated.Under the experimental conditions of temperature 18~21 ℃,gas water ratio 4:1 and DO 2.5~3.5 mg/L,results showed that with HRT 8~9 h,COD and ammonia had better removal rate,with average removal rate of COD and ammonia up to 93.1% and 99.3% respectively.When COD loading changed among 2~10 kg/(m3·d),COD removal rate tended to increase as COD loading increasing,with average removal rate as 82.08%.When COD loading was over 10 kg/(m3·d),COD removal rate tended to decrease and ammonia removal rate was negatively correlated with COD loading.When ammonia loading was controlled at 0.68~1.01 kg/(m3·d),ammonia removal rate was at a high level and relatively stable,with average removal rate of ammonia as 91.49%,and quality of effluent was satisfactory.
