微波辐照活性炭脱硫脱硝技术研究进展

【摘要】 在国内外众多实验研究中,微波技术的许多特性都得以证实,如利用微波技术可以明显降低成本、加快反应速率、提高产量和选择性活化。文章介绍了微波脱硫脱硝技术的研究背景、基础化学原理及应用。微波的诱导催化作用结合活性炭的吸附与还原作用可以有效地将烟气中一氧化氮还原为氮气,二氧化硫还原为单质硫。此外,论文也指出了微波脱硫脱硝技术的主要缺点,并讨论了其未来的发展趋向。最后介绍了活性炭催化剂在微波脱硫脱硝技术中的应用。随着对机理和实验研究的深入,相信微波脱硫脱硝技术在大气污染控制领域会有广阔的发展前景。

【Abstract】 Many features of microwave technology are to be confirmed in the experimental studies at home and abroad,such as use of microwave technology can significantly reduce the cost,speed up the reaction rate and increase the yield as well as selectivity of activation.Background of microwave desulfurization and denitrification technology as well as principles and applications of basic chemistry were introduced.Microwave induced catalysis combined with activated carbon adsorption and reduction can effectively reduce nitric oxide to nitrogen,sulfur dioxide to sulfur in the flue gas.In addition,main drawbacks of microwave desulfurization and denitrification were described,and its future development trends were discussed.Application of activated carbon catalyst in the microwave desulfurization and denitrification technology was introduced.With the further deep mechanisms and experimental studies,microwave desulfurization technology has broad prospects for development in the field of air pollution control.
