相等容积负荷下好氧颗粒污泥脱氮特性研究

【摘要】 在序批式生物反应器(SBR)中,分别在运行周期为6h、12h条件下调节进水浓度使得两反应器的容积负荷相等,比较两个反应器中好氧颗粒污泥的性状、氨氮去除情况及氮的形态转化。结果表明:在相等的容积负荷下,与运行周期为6h相比,运行周期为12h时的好氧颗粒粒径稍大,其他物理性状无明显不同。运行周期为12h时的氨氮平均去除率更高、更稳定,在容积负荷分别为1.05、1.31、1.57kgCOD(/m.3d)时分别为89.4%、90.0%、88.8%,而运行周期为6h时的氨氮平均去除率分别为85.3%、77.5%、88.6%;当负荷升至2.1kgCOD(/m.3d)时两反应器的氨氮平均去除率分别为62.3%和62.4%。在试验期间两反应器均无硝态氮和亚硝态氮大量积累,好氧颗粒污泥实现了同步硝化反硝化。

【Abstract】 Two bench-scaled SBRs were operated with different cycles(6h and 12h respectively)and different influent concentrations of COD to retain a similar volume loading when conducting a comparative study of the aerobic granular sludge within them regarding removal rate of nitrogen and N speciation.It was found that particle size of the aerobic granular sludge was larger and the average ammonia nitrogen removal rate higher in the reactor with longer working cycle(12h)but the characteristics of sludge in both SBRs were almost similar.During the period of experiment,no obvious accumulation of nitrate and nitrite was detected in either reactor indicating the realization of simultaneous nitrification/de-nitrification.
