综合权重-静态水量区域水质评价方法研究
Comprehensive Weight-Static Water Capacity Assessment Method on Regional Water Quality
【摘要】 建立了水质与静态水量、动态水资源量、社会经济和生态环境相结合的区域水环境质量综合权重评价新方法,即用动态水量权重、社会经济权重和生态环境权重之和作为综合权重,根据各个监测断面水质和该断面所代表的用综合权重加权后的静态量,以某类别水质的各监测断面代表的加权后的静态量之和占评价区域各类断面代表的加权后的静态水量总量百分比来表征评价区域整体水质状况。该评价方法更完善,可用于政府环境质量目标责任制考核等环境管理。
【Abstract】 A new regional water environment quality assessment method was established based on the combination of water quality,static water capacity,the dynamic water capacity,social economics and ecological environment.This method took the sum of dynamic water quality weight,social economical weight and ecological environmental weight as the comprehensive weight.According to various monitoring sections of water quality and the sections’ static weight represented by a composite weight,the overall water quality situation were characterized by the weighted contribution of the weighted sum of static volume of a class of water quality monitoring sections to these of the total sections.Therefore,the modified method is more optimal to be used on the target responsibility system for government assessment of environmental quality and other environmental management.
