【Abstract】 Incubated 5.5 days quail embryos were used to obtain cells with enzymatic digestion,and compare the number of the three ways,we thawed PGCs preserved with two methods.The results showed that the greatest number of cells after 15 minutes digested,and the results of the two methods are similar.更多还原
