风冷涡旋式冷水机组系统性能的模拟与实验

【摘要】 风冷冷水机组以其使用灵活方便、节能、占地少等特点,在中国被广泛用作空调系统的冷热源并得到了迅速的推广。它由涡旋式压缩机、翅片管式换热器(空气侧)、板式换热器(水冷或加热)和膨胀阀组成。基于分相集总参数法,以及质量守恒、能量守恒和压力平衡,建立了4个主要部件和制冷系统的理论模型。模拟了一套制冷量为30RT,以R22为制冷剂的风冷制冷系统。同时,建立了一套涡旋风冷冷水机组的实验装置,收集和采集了大量的实验数据与模拟结果相对比。

【Abstract】 Air-cooled scroll chiller is becoming more and more widely applied because of its advantages such as high system efficiency,small area occupied and expediently fixed.It is composed of scroll compressor,tube-fin heat exchanger(air side),plate heat exchanger(water cooled or heated) and expansive valve.Based on lumped parameter methods dividing into phase zone as well as mass conservation,energy conservation and pressure equilibrium,theoretical models of four main components and refrigeration system are established.The performance of a TR air-cooled scroll chiller system for refrigerant R22 is simulated.In the meantime,a set of experimental equipments for the air-cooled scroll chiller are established and a large number of experimental data are collected which are compared to the simulation results.
