【摘要】 以锦鸡儿种子为试验材料,设置0.1%、0.2%、0.3%、0.4%、0.5%、0.6%等不同胁迫梯度的NaC l溶液处理锦鸡儿种子,以蒸馏水处理的种子为对照,探讨不同浓度的盐水对相同生长条件下的锦鸡儿种子萌发的影响。结果表明:随着盐水溶液浓度的逐渐升高,锦鸡儿种子的发芽率和生长势受到抑制的程度增大。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking Caragana sinica as the experimental material,Caragana sinica seeds were treated with 0.1%,0.2%,0.3%,0.4%,0.5%,0.6% NaCl stress gradient solution;compared with seeds treated with distilled water,the effect of germination of Caragana sinica seeds under the same growth conditions in different concentrations of salty water was discussed.Result shows that: inhibition degrees of germination rate & growth potential of Caragana sinica increase with the gradual increase of concentration of salt solution.更多还原
